Area, Depth, Line, Frame & Value

• Trying to create a sense of perspective - looking up towards a tall mountain
• First time I've really stopped to think about foreground, mid-ground, background - layering an image to create points of focus and depth - dynamism
• Definite improvement in the effectiveness of the message - the difference in scale between the mountain and person is clearer
• I don't think there is necessarily a right or wrong way to compose an image, just more and less effective/successful ways of doing so
